What We Expect from You

Minimum 5 years of experience as an accountant

Higher or vocational education in accounting or finance

Knowledge of Finnish accounting and tax regulations

Proficiency in Excel and office software

Accuracy, responsibility, and ability to handle large volumes of data

Finnish language skills sufficient for working with documentation

Maintaining client company accounts in accordance with Finnish law

Preparing and submitting tax reports (VAT, corporate tax, social contributions)

Payroll calculation, tax and contribution processing

Verifying correctness of primary documents

Communication with tax authorities and official institutions

Advising clients on accounting and tax matters

Preparing annual financial statements

Minimum 2 years of experience in office or administrative roles

Higher or vocational education (preferably in business, administration, or related fields)

Finnish language skills for documents and customer communication

Confident use of office software (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Organizational skills, punctuality, attention to detail

Friendly and communicative, good team player

Administrative support and document handling

Client interaction: phone, emails, welcoming visitors

Document processing, filing, and correspondence

Arranging meetings and business events

Managing office supplies and coordinating vendors

Maintaining office order and compliance with internal rules

Supporting the accounting team with documentation and reports
